Andrew Wells

Andrew Wells is a self-taught artist and currently resides in South Carolina. He is a graduate of Clemson University's College of Architecture and has more than 30 years of architectural experience.

With a deep appreciation for art and a natural ability with the brush, Andrew began his exploration with paints. His initial works showcase his evolution with acrylics, the different possibilities of texture and eventually a pull toward the realism of reflected light. Andrew’s more recent works have set forth a new evolution with oils, building on the lessons learned through his use of acrylics.

Andrew continues to develop his ability in both acrylics and oils telling a broad spectrum of stories intended to touch our lives.
